University of Washington is offering summer internships in Marine Biology. Rice University has summer internships in various disciplines; offers a generous stipend and great mentors. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) offers in-house internships, as well as in partnership with other institutions. Detroit Zoological Society’s Center for Zoo and Aquarium Animal Welfare and Ethics (CZAAWE) is accepting summer interns; pay rate is $15/hr. Accessible Sharks Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) is offering an 8 week summer internship for students with disabilities; a generous stipend of $5,500 plus free housing and paid travel expenses. KBI Biopharma is hiring a research intern (even high school grads with enrollment in Associate’s qualify). Pay is $15-$19/hour. Virginia Tech’s Multicultural Academic Opportunities Program is offering a 10-week summer internship with a $3000 stipend and free housing. They also have a free GRE prep course for internees. Sports Reference LLC is open to summer interns for their Data, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams. Pay rate is $22/hr. Johnson & Johnson is looking for undergraduate student for synthetic organic chemistry summer research project. AbbVie 2023 Experiential Internship – Machine Learning/Quantum Chemistry (Illinois) promises competitive pay rate. Radiolab Summer Internship at WNYC Studios is offering a paid internship ($17.50 an hour) plus the potential for college credit.
